My roots are in today's Iran, but I grew up in Berlin. I decided to do surgery at an early age. I got my first impressions in the oral and maxillofacial surgery. I was fascinated by the almost artistic activity of surgery.
I completed my medical studies at the oldest and most renowned university in Germany, the University of Heidelberg. As a student, I was able to gain a great deal of operational experience. For almost five years I worked as the first surgical assistant in various surgical centers.
I gained international experience in Brazil in infectious diseases with a focus on tropical diseases. Operations in the favelas of São Paulo were part of the agenda. Furthermore, as part of a scholarship, I received an invitation to research and work as a Visiting Graduate Researcher (VGR) at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology.
Because of my enthusiasm for hand and microsurgery, I wrote my doctoral thesis in hand surgery at the BG Unfallklinik Ludwigshafen, which was published.
As a doctor in further training for plastic and aesthetic surgery, I completed parts of my training in the largest burn centers in Germany. The center for severe burn injuries in Cologne and Berlin. Here I was able to acquire special knowledge about skin replacement procedures and the reconstruction of damaged skin.
In 2016 I was accepted as an associated member of the German Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons (DGPRÄC) and since 2019 I have been recognized as a certified user by the German Society for Aesthetic Muscle Relaxing Therapy (DGBT). I received other certificates in the area of the thread lift, among others. In my free time I like to travel to get to know different cultures better.
In addition to spending time with my loved ones, I try to go out into nature a lot and stay active in sports. I have been a proud member of the Park-Klinik Birkenwerder since June 2020 and I am very much looking forward to getting to know you.
